What is Lightness? (poem)

Lightness is what the belly feels,
when the soul acknowledges a deep buried truth and,
utters over the phone, “I love you” to a high school classmate, after, two decades,
or, confesses face to face, “I don't love you” to the spouse, much after, a decade of marriage.
