Today, I chose to get out of bed at 3:30 am, and meditate and begin writing.
Today, I did not choose to keep tossing in there, or complain about jetlag on the 2nd night after reaching US from India.

The warm house,
The sleeping family,
The choice to meditate/write,
Instead of complaining about it.
