Its my responsibility (poem)

When others dishonor my feelings,
I don't honor my own feelings,
my heart shuts down in pain,
I frustrate expecting love.

When I choose to honor my feelings,
I experience a spurt of energy,
my heart fills up with love,
I joyfully share with all.
