This very early morning, after the meditation the following words encapsulated my experience.

Silence speaks when noise (within) quietens.
Alignment begins when anchoring (outside) releases.
Connection blossoms when scattering (of thoughts) decreases.
Creativity happens when struggling (for ideas) stops.
Oneness prevails when (all) dualities merge.
Formless emerges when forms reveal (it).
