When desires arise, chant God's name.
When hatred arises, remember God is in all.
When resistances arise, just observe God's message.



When hurt arises, do not take it all personally.
When attachment arises, step from body into a spirit.
When blaming arises, see from the other's perspective.
When judgment arises, link it to imprint from past actions.
