A petition to Lord Sun (poem)

This morning, after Yoga, I bowed to my favourite, Lord Sun. With my eyes still closed, this is what surfaced from somewhere deep within me:

O Lord Sun,

I salute You, for all that You give,

And,

Request You to convey my gratitude to Your creator.



O Lord Sun,

I love You, for You inspire me,

And,

Request You to give my hugs to all Your rays touch.
