God is truth, translates to Aum Tat Sat (in Sanskrit).
I used to wonder, when do I experience God, other than meditation?
I started observing myself and realized that, when I am truthful or compassionate or follow the guidance of my heart, in that moment, I am Gunjan becomes “I Am”.
***
When I feel uptight,
I am curbing my God.
When I pretend,
I am stabbing my God.
When I listen true words,
I am hearing my God.
When I sense affection,
I am embracing my God.
When I sing from heart,
I am talking to my God
When I am open,
I am expressing my God.
When I am honest,
I am manifesting my God.
