Observing is calmer than Reacting (poem)

When,
I get irritated,
with TV's,
loud sounds,

When,
I get bugged,
by kids,
bathroom conversations,

When,
I get flared up,
by someone's,
disrespectful comments,

Then,
I keep reacting,
instead of,
choosing to be an observer.
