Becoming Zero (poem)

So far,

I had added,

God to my life,

but,

the I-ness within me,

stayed intact;

it was like,

adding,

zero to hundred,

where,

the sum total,

remained hundred.




Now,

I am longing,

to merge with God,

so that,

my I-ness,

melts into the ONE-ness;

it's like,

multiplying,

hundred with zero,

for I know for sure,

the product,

will become zero.
