Being in Now (poem)

This is what a soft voice (within) keeps telling me.

Now is the time to be conscious, therefore,
breathe deeply now,
close eyes now, and
be still now.

Now is the time to communicate, therefore,
say prayers now,
express gratitude now, and
seek answers now.

Now is the time to trust, therefore,
surrender everything now,
honor the divine plan now, and
experience fearlessness now.

Now is the time to accept, therefore,
accept all people (as they are) now,
embrace present circumstances now, and
acknowledge all feelings now.

Now is the time to be, therefore,
let all thoughts surface now,
allow tears to roll out now, and
enjoy divine bliss now.
