When my heart is loving,
I feel ease and am breathing deeply.
Then, I can (surprisingly) overlook all my dislikes,
and genuinely feel like sharing blessings towards all beings.
When my mind is judging,
I feel cold and am hardly breathing.
Then, I am (helplessly) trapped in all my desires,
and desperately feel like fleeing away from all that I dislike.
