Some days I really feel slow,
I don't feel like talking to anyone,
I just want to listen to that voice within,
I don't do anything significantly creative,
I know those are the days I truly fall apart,
I don't spend much energy on what can wait,
I only meditate, walk, relax on grass and write,
Those days, I tune into body and choose to go slow.
