Victory always follows frustration (poem)

My kids and husband had left,
I thought that I would enjoy,
my awesome breakfast,
silently.

I witnessed, when I finished,
that something within me,
was continuosly,
chatting.

When, I closed my eyes,
I discovered that,
it was my mind,
hopping.

Then, I chose to let go,
of my frustration,
and smiled at,
awareness.
