When I love,
I am comfortable,
and so is the person,
I am choosing to love.
When I judge,
I am uncomfortable,
and so is the person,
I am choosing to judge.
What is it,
that keeps me from,
choosing kind thoughts,
for my very own comfort?
And, why do I,
helplessly react,
instead of choosing,
to respond with empathy?
