My back pain returned,
when,
I kept on driving,
continuously for an hour.


My back pain returned,
when,
I ignored a signal,
sent by a pinched nerve.


My back pain returned,
when,
I crossed a threshold,
allowed by healing back.


My back pain returned,
when,
I needed to appreciate,
everything about limits.
